Q1: Why should I make a bulk purchase? How to become a Spree Organiser?
We encourage you to buy in bulk to enjoy more savings, benefits and exclusive deals. As soon as you can form a bulk purchase order, you will be considered as a Spree Organiser.
Q2: What is the minimum quantity required for bulk purchase?
As long as you have minimum 16 items of any products combined, you can place a bulk purchase order. You can mix and match your preferred products.
Q3: What is "bulk purchase" or "spree" price?
"Bulk Purchase" or "Spree" prices are 25% less from list or website prices. Example, BP/Spree price for 100ml will be $14.25 instead of $19.
Q4: How do I organize a spree to form a bulk purchase?
On top of the items you need for yourself, you can gather additional orders from friends, colleagues and extended family members who may benefit from the products. They get to enjoy spree prices too!
Q5: Can I collect orders via internet eg. blogspot, facebook, online forum and via my colleagues in the company?
Yes you can do that! :)
Do note that we only allow one Bulk Purchase Organiser (BPO) in each forum.
Likewise if you are organizing spree in your employer's company/organization.
The 1st BPO who is currently active and doing regular sprees will be considered as the Exclusive BPO automatically.
We do not allow more than 1 BPO within the same forum/company/organization due to conflict of interest. If the 1st BPO is inactive or has expressed her desire to step down, we can accept a new replacement BPO.
Kindly check with us before organizing a spree in any public online forum or in your company/organization. We will be able to confirm by return if there is already an existing BPO.
Q6: Can i resell your products in shops, fairs and flea markets etc?
Yes you can certainly do that too!
Q7: What is a store credit and how can I benefit from it?
As a spree organiser, you will earn 10% store credit base on total purchase amount. Example, your order amount is $228, your store credit = $ 228 x 10% = $22.80.
The store credit is for redemption of products at spree prices. You may top up if the amount is insufficient to redeem your desired items. Under-utilised store credit cannot be brought forward to your future purchase. Store credits cannot be encashed.
Redeemed items will be delivered in the same order. We do not hold back what you deserved.
So, the more you order, the more products you can redeem!
Q8: Do you provide delivery service?
Yes! Free delivery within Singapore is provided with every bulk purchase.
However, due to high ERP and parking charges, delivery to restricted zones will be subject to a nominal surcharge of $3 per delivery. We would appreciate if you could arrange delivery to an address outside restricted zones.
If you require us to send your order outside Singapore, we will substitute free delivery with a gift at our discretion depending on stock availability. We can arrange for the postage/courier on your behalf but the cost will be borne by you.
Q9: Do you provide gift wrapping service?
Yes! We are pleased to provide complimentary gift pouch and gift tag to make it easier for you to give Dr Lily's products as a gift. Do indicate this request in your order (subject to availability).
